My husband had a fit and was ready to leave when they relented. The trade-in wasn't that much to begin with. No wonder car dealers traditionally have a bad reputation.

Anyway, watch your wallet as with a lot of dealers and repair shops. I took my Taurus to North County Ford for an engine noise after trying another dealership. They were able to fix the problem for less money and the customer service was great.

I recommend them and appreciate the great way I was treated. North County Ford's service department has always treated me and my Mustang right. Their approach has always been very professional and they have always been very straight shooters.

Their work is top notch and I can't say enough about their service professionals yes Rich, I am talking about you! They find ways to work WITH you! I use them because they are closest to my work free courtesy shuttle drop off and pick up , but even if they weren't, I'd go out of my way to use them. If you want top notch service from a team that knows your Ford the best - I'd highly recommend North County Ford.

What an incompetent, disorganized service department. My ""service"" manager couldn't get my name right after 5 attempts, then when I scheduled an appointment for the next day, the service department was completely disorganized. My ""service"" manager was too busy to check my car in, I had to go find someone. When I asked why it was so disorganized the service person said they had more cars show up for service than normal.

Of course I asked, ""then why are you scheduling appointments when you obviously can't handle the load? No wonder American car manufacturers can't compete with the Japanese, no only are their cars made better, but their service is better. I puchased a Flex at North County Ford and had a good experience even though we turned in our lease early.

They worked with the lease company and gave us a great deal. I purchased wheels and a spoiler also. My salesperson always says hi when I return for service. They even have a cafe on site. I have purchased 3 vehicles from North County Ford and they have been nothing but professional and helpful it was like dealing with a good friend.

In fact I will be bringing my Fusion in for it's 1st oil change next week there service department is so helpful and friendly. Thank you.

We purchased our last three cars from North County Ford and have nothing but rave reviews for this dealership. We also get our cars serviced there and have had great experiences every time. This dealership is the most customer service oriented dealerships we have ever dealt with and that's why we keep returning. Thank you North County Ford! I discovered the error when I returned home. Would recommend doing business with them to anyone! After confusion whether they still had the car, They said the car was a lost leader and had no interest negotiating the price. They had been advertising the car for months and basically were passing that cost on to the price of the car. Not a good deal. Transmission: 1-Speed Automatic. They where very expensive they wanted 10, more for the truck I was looking at compared to other truck that where the same.

North County Ford was great with communication. They are willing to earn your business on multiple levels. Unlike other dealerships, they were willing to talk about best price. They were able to actually send me an offer without hustling me into the dealership to press a hard sell. Transmission: Automatic.

Was contacted promptly in regards to this vehicle, but we reconsidered this vehicle for a different one. Transmission: 6-Speed Automatic Overdrive. Excellent customer service, no haggling!!
