Nokia pc suite 8800 arte download

Apologies if this has already been addressed, have searched but could not find. Have just got a new factory Carbon Arte, yes genuine, and as I have the latest PC Suite installed on PC thought I'd check for updates prior to entering all my stuff, pluged in and the updater did its stuff, phone detected, current firmware 7. At some stage during the download the phone is switched off and the update ofcourse has failed.

Have tried a number of times same thing. Is there anthing I'm missing or need to do. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. Thanks for your feedback. I've had my arte for almost a year now and I too have the same problem with watching videos. Everytime I watch a video a moment later it would freeze and reboot by itself. Until recently I also have the same problem with the reminders where i set it for a certain date and time and it wouldn't alarm me until midnight the next day which is obviously too late. Anyways I'm looking into updating my software and seeing whether this will fix it.
